Section 12
Acquiring the entire land
When taking part of the land in accordance with this section, if the owner of the land applies for the entire land to be taken from the Government of Nepal and the petitioner has only two bighas or less of land in that place, only a part of the land shall not be taken. The entire real estate should be acquired in accordance with this paragraph.
